What do I get if my broker is also a subscriber? |

If you have AOS and your Broker has BOSS, your site will show real time information on current transactions. You can see if they’ve received that last addendum, see what items are missing prior to closing, see your Brokers notes on the transaction. Your Broker / Manager can send notices or reminders of important dates such as office holidays, Training or floor time schedules, You’ll have access to your brokers available materials such as online forms, presentations, suggested vendors, much more.
